Shipping policy

Zablab uses Royal Mail Tracked 48 for all parcels within the UK.

International parcels are sent with Royal Mail International Tracked.

Processing time:

Its just me running the Zablab so please allow 3-5 working days for your order to be packed and shipped. I will do my best to get it out as soon as possible!

Lost or stollen parcels:

Zablab is not responsible for lost or stollen parcels. Please contact the shipping provider to open a claim.

International parcels:

Zablab is not responsible for any duties, import taxes or delays caused by customs on international orders.

Due to the UK leaving the EU, we do not ship within Europe at this time.

If you are an international customer and your region isn't available at checkout, please contact us at shopzablabtextiles@gmail.com so we can see if it is viable for us to ship to your country.

Orders from the US:

Customs duties are added to the final shipping cost and are paid through Royal Mail PDDP before your item is shipped. Zablab is not responsible for any import taxes applied to your order upon arrival in the country of destination or any delays caused by customs.
